Full disclosure: I’ve maybe written 3-4 Amazon reviews in my entire life, and never for a book. I have taken the in-person Money Magic workshop by this author once a few years ago and gotten some private sessions from her. I am not affiliated with her otherwise, I have not been asked to write this review, nor will I receive anything for doing so. I am writing this because this author’s work completely transformed my life circumstances for the better.After just a couple private sessions with Michelle, I went from being so chronically ill that I was unable to work, deeply fatigued, and falling into increasing debt, to now being well and energetic enough to hold down a full-time job that I actually enjoy. Talk about CHANGE! I am gradually paying off all of my debt on low- and no-interest repayment plans.My circumstances with money were in a pretty sorry state, but others who’ve worked with her were millionaires who are now multi-millionaires or multi-millionaires who are now billionaires. It does not matter what your starting point is financially - this info can help you change your circumstances for the better.I could not wait for this book to come out, and it did not disappoint. Michelle’s unique voice, humor, warmth, and wisdom come through so clearly on every page, it is like she is right there in the room with you. The best part is this isn’t some difficult-to-absorb 500-page tome, nor is it financial advice.It is a succinct and entertaining read that helps you explore the patterns in your life (both conscious and unconscious) that have brought you to the current experience you are having with money, finances, and well, life in general. Then it shows you how to effectively and permanently shift these patterns for the better.I can’t believe she has packed so much insight and wisdom into 79 pages - this book encompasses both her own life’s work, and the insights of many, many innovative coaches and teachers who came before her, which she meticulously references so you can look them up for yourself. It only takes about an hour to read if you don’t do the exercises, and even without doing those you’ll still get a ton out of it!You can call it “coincidence” if that is your belief, but within 12 hours of reading it, I’ve had extra money show up in my bank account - a family member suddenly decided to help me pay off a bill I was struggling with and put the money in my account. This person also offered to help me contribute to my debt payments each month, which was very surprising because no help has been offered on that front from family for more than a year now. I wasn’t expecting any help with my debts nor asking for it (I’m on a 5-year repayment plan), but it is awfully nice for it to suddenly show up!!The info in this book even helps you start to shift long-standing patterns or blocks you may have inherited through your family, or developed in early childhood that are no longer serving you now. It teaches you how to create more of the positive experiences you want to have in your life, which certainly makes it a lot easier to be here. Short stories pepper Money Magic that can excite and encourage the reader. Michelle is personable, succinct in her message and her exercises are targeted to change you --even just from reading them, you can shift your consciousness because you will place awareness on areas you previously could not see or were in denial about. That's powerful. Michelle does all this in her typical (I've witnessed her facilitate Family Constellations in the far distant past) easy to follow and understand fashion.CONS - There is a very small chance that a few people may not understand how to do (energetically tune into) some of the more complex exercises if you have never done constellation work or don't trust your Inner Guidance, and I hope that is not the case. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain if you just let go of your attachment to the outcome and trust your instincts. If all else fails, Michelle has stated that she is available to help those who are stuck or can't do the work, so it's not really a "con" when you know you can find and have the support you need.I couldn't put the book down once I started. I've already recommended it to others because I know it's a quick but valuable read for those looking to make a big shift. I'm in the change work arena myself as a facilitator, and I recognize beautiful change work when I see it.
